On January 17, 2020, Sony Music began posting a previously unreleased live video from Las Vegas recorded on December 19, 1979 (they were posted in installments, a new song every Monday and Thursday through March 5). The clips were made available on Cash’s official YouTube page, as well as on Apple Music and similar streaming outlets. According to Sony’s description, the concert came from Johnny Cash’s personal vault at the House of Cash, and was captured on the in-house video system at the venue. The concert was a special treat for the annual convention of the sales people at Century21 real estate. The Las Vegas concert, insofar as Sony didn’t cut any songs out, was a short concert with a running time just over an hour. The set list was standard for the time, although it omitted “Wing in the Morning”, which was performed at most shows during the year and into the next.
