Description
While June was away in London seeing to her daughter Carlene, Cash joined his longtime friend Jack Clement at his Nashville club The Exit Inn. Audience footage circulates, and it seems to be the source for the two songs that Sony Music/Legacy Recordings included on "Bootleg 3 - Live Around the World" ("(Ghost) Riders in the Sky" and "I'm Just an Old Chunk of Coal").
The complete show circulates but only two songs have been officially released.
John made a studio recording of "The Love That Never Failed" the following March making this the earliest known performance of the song.
