2. Reissued on CD by Columbia/Legacy in the early 1990s (CK 66507).

3. Reissued on LP by Bear Family (BFX 15127), with two bonus tracks; Big Foot (previously released on America) and Old Apache Squaw (previously released on Song Of Our Soil). The front cover is the same as the original LP release, while the back cover contains a facsimile of the ad Cash placed in Billboard asking radio DJ to play The Ballad of Ira Hayes.
