Context
This project was originally intended for the Nashville Network but picked up instead by World Wide Pictures in 1993 and distributed in a video cassette format in retail outlets in October 1993. The majority of the initial recordings were overdubbed with additional instrumentation in August 1992 at the Bob Cummings Production facility in Nashville. As the video was being edited on digital equipment (D2) format, Hugh Waddell of the House of Cash, had four digital audio tracks on which were recorded the musical tracks to accompany the vocals. With the exception of I SAW A MAN , all the listed songs were used in the video project " Return To The Promised Land ".
