SB-103 includes a false start on take 2 of THE WAYS OF A WOMAN IN LOVE . A tape in John L Smith’s possession indicates studio conversation which is not included on SB-103. The alternate version of WAYS OF A WOMAN IN LOVE has a couple of noticeable lyric changes. On the released version the line " friends come by to pick you up " replaced " the girls come by to pick you up " and the line " the guy who's got you in a spin " replaced " the guy who's got you all worked up ". WAYS OF A WOMAN IN LOVE take 4, FOOLS HALL OF FAME take 1 and THANKS A LOT take 4 were all overdubbed at an unknown date. Martin Hawkins indicates only take 2 of FOOLS HALL OF FAME was issued. However, when comparing the songs it was found the Sun International releases were quite different from the master used on SB-103 - especially the wording on the last verse. With this in mind John L Smith showed the Sun International releases as take 1, but it could also have been take 3, since Hawkins has used take 2. Also, since this title was not released until after Sun International acquired the masters the guitar overdub may have been added by them. SB-103 also includes a false start.
