Session notes

The non-sequential master numbers for this session are accounted for in a note from the House of Cash. The songs done at this session were actually cut at the House of Cash on this date (August 2, 1972) but no information was given to Columbia until November 13, 1972 at which time these titles were given current master numbers. This same procedure undoubtedly accounts, in part, for the large number of non-sequential master numbers appearing in this discography from April, 1972. Little Green Fountain uses no musical background. Rosey Nix is Junes daughter and is not listed on any session information as being on this master but it is evident from listening to it that she is included and possibly others as well.
