Not allowed are:
  1. Every officialy released recording (album, single, vinyl, cd, download, VHS, DVD) released by SUN, Columbia, Mercury, American Records, Bear Family, Supraphone, Sony, Readers Digest, Hallmark, Amiga or any other "non-bootleg" record label - no matter whether in or out of print. (Examples: B-sides, German singles, "Girl From The North County Fair" etc.)
  2. Every (official or inofficial) recording which comes from recording sessions for one of the above labels, i.e. demos, outtakes, pirated studio material, remasters and edits, compilations etc., including bootleg releases. (Examples: Unsurpassed American Masters, Heroes And Friends etc.)
  3. Recordings of TV or radio broadcasts, that were at any time released by any of the companies in N1. (Examples: ABC shows, Austin City Limits, Live in Denmark 71 etc.)
  4. Live recordings or parts of those which were at any time released officially, e.g. as part of a compilation, by any of the companies in #1. But it's okay to post the rest of the live recording, after the official part was edited out and live recordings from a different source, which was never used for an official release. (Examples: songs from "The Johnny Cash Show", "What Is Truth" from the White House concert etc.; but allowed are the Folsom Prison recordings by Gene Beley)

Allowed are:
  1. Live recordings that were never released by a company in #1, no matter if soundboard or audience recording or from a radio or TV broadcast, and copies of cds/LPs from bootleg (not authorized) labels.
  2. Home or private recordings and demos that were never released by a company in #1 and that were never part of a studio session for one of the official releases. 
  3. Recordings off the TV or radio from broadcasts that were never released by any of the companies in #1. 
  4. TV or radio documentations that don't contain complete songs (except when edited out) from official releases acc. to #1.
